Yes,I meant if anybody already apprehend and detain by CBSA....what next step? How long continue arrest ? If family: mother,father and a few childs.... should family be separate after arrest?

Canada has also become less welcoming to asylum seekers coming from the US. If you already claimed asylum in the US you will not be able to claim asylum in Canada.
