U have to wait at least 3months for AOR.
It is minimum time period of issuing AOR email by CIC. Observed by me through other's application time line. In my case it's happened too.

i have a question guys, on the generic form i signed eveywhere except the box says content to release information to intended province/territory of destination

i didnt write my name, cuz my representative didnt let me write my name there he said there is no need to write the name. Would it be okay??

I think you should write your name there as a provincial nominee candidate

Next is Medical and if they require any additional documents.
It will take around 6 to 10 months to get the medical request.
Now only thing is waiting.

I remember that part. And I do not think that will be a problem since I think that's not for the applicant.

  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 12, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on August 12, 2019.
  4. We sent you correspondence on January 2, 2020. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
