BOWP after R10 check or ITA?

I needed an urgent clarification please :

Will we be able to apply for BOWP after eAOR and once the R10 check is complete? Or we can apply for BOWP only after getting an ITA?

So that means if we receive AOR and our PGWP expires, we would still receive the BOWP without an ITA right?

ITA comes before AOR... You get an ITA, submit your documents for PR, get an AOR, and then can apply for BOWP after AOR
