PR status with Canadian Identity Certificate, Can Travel to Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan??

My husband is PR holder with the Grey book/Identity Certificate from Canada. He needs to travel to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan.

Any of you have experience in this matter? Whether he is allowed with a visa? And/or, does he needs an invitation letter from those countries?

Hi I would like to know whether your husband could travel to Malaysia with certigcertiof identity from Canada or not?
My boyfriend has also the same issue n he wants to visit me in Malaysia from Canada with certificate of identity.

He needs an RTD but you’.l have to see if Malaysia accepts them. For any travel RTD is required.
