What's the best NOC of choice for a Polytechnic (Nigeria) lecturer?
4012 or 4021

Don't focus on the NOC title code but on the responsabilities.

You have to choose a NOC that matches the best your current job responsabilities even if the NOC title is somewhat weird.

My responsibilities include

Teaching National Diploma and Higher National diploma students different courses allocated on semester basis
Taking National diploma and Higher National diploma students practicals, field works and tutorials in all allocated courses
Supervising ND 2 and HND 2 final year students project works assigned to them
Acting as ND 2 level and course adviser on best career choices and program curricular
Etc

Please advise accordingly, does this fit in NOC 4021 or 4012?
