I want to explain yesterday I done my interview but examiner asked different question out of my file .. he said he believe that we done just for migrating to Canada ( my wife is Canadian) . So I want to ask what should we do now if they refuse . Bcz We do love to each other & already we have wait so long for application . Could you all please guide me

If they refuse you will get a refusal letter with the reason. You will also get a notice of appeal. If you wish to appeal, you fill it out and send it back
If i do appeal on Notice then they will accept my case for Permanent Rrsidence or again they will check my everything ?
Bcz we done marriage thru court . My family was not agree for this but i & my wife were in love till rest of life very much .. visa officer says you done marry just for immigerating to canada bcz yur family didnt participate in yoyr Wedding .. even i told them that my parents were not with me .. after wedding they met to my wife in her second visit in pakistan..
So now if we do appeal IRCC will accept me without rejection or interview ? I need help pleez

If you do get refused one of the ways to prove a relationship would be for your wife to go live in Pakistan for a year or two.

You will have to submit more evidence and likely have a hearing. It will take awhile to get through the appeal process. They will send a letter explaining things after you submit the appeal notice
A court marriage without parents is a huge red flag. How did you meet? How long did you know each other? How much time in person before marrying? Did her family attend the wedding?

Based on that info i would say be prepared for a refusal.
