Should I add my Bachelor in education background?

Background： I obtained my bachelor and worked for 3 years after graduation. Then I left my job and got my Master in Canada. I am now filling out post-ITA application.

Question: In my pre-ITA profile I didn't mention my bachelor, as it doesn't improve my score. Should I put my bachelor (without ECA) in education section now?

Concern: I am a FSW applicant and a degree is a job requirement according to NOC. If I do not mention bachelor degree in education, will they question my work experience? as my master was obtained after working.
