To be honest I don’t know. They have an update in Jan 16 in OINP updates page. The proposed changes have a consultation date on Mar 2nd. I have a feeling it won’t be opened till then. Please kindly read it and let me know if you feel the same way.

Yes. My work permit expires in May 2020. And I’m basically screwed if this stream doesn’t open before the end of this month.
