Hello friends,

I got an email for NOI from Ontario.
I have the following questions, please answer:
1. Can anyone share step-by-step process after NOI, from making OINP e-profile, what need to include etc

2. I want to see the next two draws for direct ITA(happening within 15 days), as I am at 468. should I can make an OINP online profile, and save, but not submit. can I still be eligible for direct ITA?

Hi guys, received invite for Ontario few mins back (CRS - 467, NOC 2173).

If I understand correctly, the next step is to submit application through Ontario website, pay 1500$, wait for 2-3 months, and then 600 points get approved by say, April month? Is this correct?
you have 45 days to submit your application by making the $1500 CAD payment and submitting all required documents. After which you waiy for their decision. They may request additional documents if something seems to be missing. Make sure the documents are according to their requirements. They will take 60-90 days to make a decision on whether to approve you or not.

If you have done ECA from WES, you need to send OINP your ECA report before you submit your file. Or else you will face delays.

Sailing in the same boat, i am at 468 and received a NOI from Ontario .

Couple of queries, hope some one can throw some light

In case if we have a PNP nomination, will the Canada IRCC PR processing time come down ? presently i see its taking over 4 months atleast for IRCC processing after sending an Invite. Would it remain the same or would it be faster

The reason i am asking is in case i receive a draw invite from IRCC directly, is it wise to reject the PNP Nomination ?

You have 45 days to apply. Since, everyone is assuming of a back to back draw, you can wait for the draws to see if you meet the cutt-off score. Also, after OINP submission, you can withdraw the application and receive a refund if they do not start processing your file.

The processing time may or may not be faster, as there is no definite way to know. To give you a better idea, I received NOI August 15, I applied Sept 25th ( I waited two draws to check if score would come down), I missed the first draw by a point and then scores kept increasing so I applied for OINP.
Submission: 25th Sept 2019
Assessment 4th Nov
DIP 4th Dec
Nomination 10th Jan

It took 115 approx days, that is without any ADRs. I am expecting ITA on 22nd Jan 2020. To make the process faster, completed my pre-medicals that have already been submitted to IRCC through e-medicals. I am assuming it will take 5 months minimum post ITA.

Your score is 468, which may meet the cut-off score unless luck doesn’t support you.

We have to allow them 90 days, after which we can follow up.
In my case with OINP there was a small technical glitch they were facing so took approval from me over mail and I got nomination.
I think if I would have followed up earlier they would have discussed and I would have the approval earlier. But allow atleast 60 days.
Thanks Mani for this suggestion! I got my nomination yesterday after just 1 day of following up! If only I followed up a little earlier. This forum has been a big help.

NOI: August 15
Submitted: September 26
ADR: Early November, submitted docs the next day
Assessment: +1 day after ADR
DIP: Early December
Approved: January 15 (after following up)

I had almost similar time line and my application was refused from IRCC because PCC of my spouse was issued before she left the country of residence.
My application was considered incomplete. My question is that can I request to OINP to nominate my new Express entry profile?

Hello!

I got my nomination today :), expecting ITA from IRCC on next Wednesday.

Just want to share my experience here:

NOC - 1111
EOI date: 15 Aug 2019
Application submitted: 26 Sep 2019
AOR (Receipt of Complete Application): 14 Nov 2019
Assessment: 14 Nov 2019
DIP: 19 Dec 2019
Nomination: 16 Jan 2020

FYI, I sent an email to Ontario last night asking about the estimated timeline for my application. I mentioned that the average processing time on their website is 60-90 days for Human Capital Priorities Stream, and my application has been submitted for 112 calendar days (82 working days). A few hours later, I received a nomination.

In my opinion, if your application has been submitted for more than 90 days, there's no harm in sending them email asking about your application. Who knows that it might help to speed up your application process.

Cheers! ;)
