Hi, did you bring it directly to 285 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4e étage or you send it by post?
I also sent it on 20 Dec 2019 but until now nothing happens, my credit card hasn't been charged yet.
They received my application on the 10th of December. My credit card was charged yesterday (14th January).

Good news, so now you just wait for their response, I guess it takes 1-2 months because I have a friend, his timeline is as below:
1 Nov 2019: he submitted docs
28 Nov 2019: he was charged
10 Jan 2020: he received email from MIFI saying that his application is being processed
today 16 Jan 2020: still waiting.

No. Still waiting. Called in today and it is still in process...
Hi I submitted my file on Feb 18. and it was charged on March 4. it's about 2 weeks.
Dec 10 - They received my application
Jan 14 - They charged the credit card
Jan 20 - I received the file number
Today - No news yet.
So three months waiting already.
