they process the application acc to aor, not acc to when they receive our application.

Already got PPR on November 2019. I was just waiting for csq. Now I'm waiting to get back my passport and COPR

Who will receive the AOR for CSQ? Is it the Applicant or the Sponsor? We send our app last December 7, 2019, still no any update

The percentage is no meaning for our processing. System just count it by a year from the date application received.

The most important thing is how many steps your application done.

We can learn from this forum or facebook group or other apps group how the process going by period time. I can see many applications finished within 2-3months (Mississauga VO) or 5-6months (others VO), in that case percentage is under 50%. or Many applications in 2018 are over 100% but still pending.
