I dont think so ... its AOR2 only when the line 2 in ECAS gets added or also i read in other forums that AOR2 is a formal acknowledgement sent to PA similar to how AOR1 is sent to sponsor’s mailbox.... but i would leave for other seasoned experts in the group to confirm

Hi. I applied for my wife’s PR in October 2019. Got confirmation that they received the file in nov 2019.
Got sponsor eligibility approval on January 03, 2020. Got biometrics request on Jan 05 2020 got medical on Jan 06 2020.
Medical passed message on Jan 10 2020. On Jan 13 2020 I got an email saying file is being transferred to CPC Mississauga. My question is, I am moving from Calgary, Alberta to Toronto, Ontario so I will change my address online. Will this affect the processing of my application? As in will it take more time to process since I am moving or the same?

We received biometric letter today. But when we click on the pdf link to open the letter, it gives Bad Gateway 502 error.
We receive this error regardless of what browser we use. We checked with MS edge, brave and Chrome.
Anybody facing similar issue?

yes. I did. It didn't work then.
Fortunately, it is working now. I think it was temporary server issue.

I may be wrong. But for applications transferred to a local visa office, line#2 in ECAS means AOR2. But yours was transferred to CPC-M, right? Although there are applications that are being transferred to a local visa office after it was transferred to CPC-M. I guess, best to wait for a formal communication. Hoping for the best.
