ITA to COPR considers how fast you act (completion of all documents and submission) on top of how fast IRCC goes through your documents. 8 months on a good run, 3 months on a very good on (This has happened to 2 NSNPs I know). One question to more experienced people or well informed people - how much time it usually takes after receiving the ITA to get the CoPR in passport? An average or median timeline.
Thanks for sharing in advance.
Thank you @phl2019 Quite helpful! Will fast track whatever will be at my end, rest i hope i get luckyITA to COPR considers how fast you act (completion of all documents and submission) on top of how fast IRCC goes through your documents. 8 months on a good run, 3 months on a very good on (This has happened to 2 NSNPs I know).
AOR to COPR is more tricky to manage because at AOR, the process is no longer in the candidates’ hands. As mentioned, some NSNPs last year got their COPRs quickly. AOR in April, COPR in July/June. Others in their batch submitted in May and got their COPRs between Aug and Sep.
It is not a first come, first served basis, however.
That’s high enough to get an ITA upfront. Are you still aiming for an NSNP?I am interested to know if you guys had applied for NSNP via EOI or your profiles were voluntarily picked by NS from the EE pool. I am currently in the EE pool with a CRS of 470. My NOC falls in the in-demand list of NS PNP. I have never been to Canada and have no friends / relatives in NS. Do share details.
Thanks in advance.
