Would strongly discourage this school. You will pay a lot of money but your degree will not be recognized by many employers.

This is open ended question with no definite answer as you have not listed your academic record, your work experience , MBA specialisation you are seeking , whether you are looking for an university that demands a GMAT score or not, your monetary budget etc.
There are a lot of missing variables that need to be factored into before answering.
So IMO you need to list these variables and wait for someone knowledgeable to give you an answer.

I have 97% grades in bachelors in business administration
Fee should not be more than 20,000 CAD for 1 year
I have 1 year experience before bachelor and 6 months full time experience after degree
I prefer British Columbia

Many domestic fees are more than 20K. Isn’t Canada west over 20K? Had never even heard of Northeastern university in Toronto. Would not attend this school either. Don’t actually think it offers an MBA. Stick to larger publicly funded universities.
