Were we suppose to submit a biometrics fee ? I totally didn't see this December 3rd biometrics notice on their website.
Should we submit a webform with the receipt of the fee?

Application Sent: Dec 28th
Application Received: Jan 6th
Do you guys what's the next step? Waiting for the email to say they have receive the application?

Hi all,

Application sent on the 7th, received on the 8th. waiting for AOR.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the OWP (supposing there are no mistakes or additional docs required)?

i think it has been changed to 9 weeks..u can cross check it on CIC website

Not for a spousal sponsorship. They have to verify sponsor eligibility before they can issue a spousal open work permit because the eligibility hinges on being a member of the family class. The AOR itself takes 2 months, then you can add the 9 weeks and you get roughly 3 months.

correct me if i am wrong here..i have applied for my Spouse Sponsorship + OWP...I think i will get 2 separate AOR one for PR and other for OWP. The processing time for getting the OWP says 9 weeks since it does not include any check on eligibility check.for getting PR AOR it will roughly take around 50-60 avg. days to come post i can hope for PR in next 3-4 months...m i correct here or m i missing anything ?
