CSQ for Family Class Sponsorship Application (Spouse)

Does ww have to submit CSQ request in french only or we can submit in english
? And can someone please share the link of check list for CSQ under spouse case and all relivents forms link. And if possible anyone can share guide how to and what to fill in details.

Did ANYONE get CSQ with AOR after Aug 14th. Please reply.

Im guessing that the CSQ is when app is received and not by AOR. Example Dayans case!

This is still unbelievably slow. 2 weeks of applications processed in 1 month?!

I wonder if it's just slow because of the holidays, or because of an extraordinary volume of undertaking applications.
