I would imagine it's a good thing because I think they would at least give you an interview before a refusal...but I'm not sure...I know my ecas said decision made for a day shortly before it was transferred to Mexico and then it changed back to in process. I'm not sure why but it was a little disappointing. I hope you get news soon!

Wishing everyone the best . My wife and son from Cuba November 2018 and still no news . Patiently waiting but hoping for a resolve quick . How long normally after medicals passed (August 2019/19)for PRE ARRIVAL or DECISION MADE on ecas ??? Any positive vibes after almost 14 months would help

From where is the applicant from?you made medical exams??..I have exactly your time line..but not bio..and yes medical exams in Guyana at September 24..we dont have any news since October..waiting to hear something soon

My is from Canada, husband in Guatemala we had all medicals and police check before because i had an inland application but had to withdraw from it as husband got deported so i had to restart the whole process as outland, I got a call Jan 10, 2020 from MP saying everything is moving well nothing is expected from us at this time if i have not heard anything to call them back by mid March so they can get an update for me

My wife and son are nov 14/18 apps from Cuba . Transferred to Mexico July 28/19. Medicals passed and silence since . Waiting for pre arrival hopefully it’s soon .

Would be cool to hear something this week... 37 days from a complete year that's starting not to look good not even yet AOR2. Most of feburary's remaining (as in not "regular countries") will all go over the year ...*sigh

After 14 months.. you should really ask by webform or something updates at least they would tell you if you are on queue to an interview... which most probably is the case. The thing is until a date is settled .. they won't tell you unless you ask.

Did you email them to get a response on receipt of your file there. I emailed them in December and got a reply on Thursday that they have received it and the email is confirmation of that. So I am not anticipating a AOR2.

Emailed them 3 weeks after the transfer to Mexico letter(October 25th) and next day i got Ecas started. (November 19th).. which i think meant AOR2 too still....since then... silence

Oh wow just called to MIDI (Quebec) they are still working on cases of August 2019 (facepalm) ... so she said 2 months around more waiting... this thing will never end It really seems like this system is NOT working anymore ... too many delay!!!

Took them 6 months to send us to the VO to FINALLY be able to apply for CSQ and now that we are applied and on queue.. other delay!!! tired of this

My lawyer says not too do webforms or request GCMS notes as it can hold up the file from moving . The MP says our file looks perfect and is backlogged and interview not recommended by officer

This whole process is crazy keeps your head up . News will come who knows when but once it does celebrations can begin .
