My fiance is here under a study permit which expires at the end of march.
She accidentally worked for 4 days part time after receiving her transcript. We have hired an agent to apply for her post graduate work permit which should get sent in a day or two.
She also took a semester off and worked for two weeks full time in January.
Is there any chance she will get her post graduate work permit?
Should she quit her job while we are waiting for it?
We may not be able to marry until the end of the month, so we might not get our wedding certificate until the end of march, can we apply for a spousal open work permit if her PGWP is rejected? What about permanent residency? And is there a minimum account balance required for spousal sponsorship?
I just want to keep my wife in Canada.
