CIT 0001 form filling clarification for new born baby

I am born before 1977 in India and got Canada Citizenship by naturalized. I am trying to filling out CIT0001 form for my new born baby.

Can any experts answer the following question in form CIT 0001 please:

Parents Citizenship Status Question: 6B. If you are parent was a citizen of country or territory other than Canada before 1977.
