Query on Medial expiry for PR visa

Hi,

My spouse medical is getting expired in May 2020. I am sponsoring her under spouse application.
Lets say she receives PPR invitation on April 2020. What will be her expiry in landing PR visa that she will get stamped from embassy? Is it min 3 months max 6 months from April 2020? Can she be requested to do medical check again?Can we as precautionary measure do medical again before May 2020?

There is no minimum validity. If it is close to the medical expiry, the medical will likely either be extended or she will have to do another one.
