Hi Experts - this is in regards to my PR application filed earlier last year. To give a little background my husband is the primary applicant and we submitted our application in March’18. Our application got deferred as I couldn’t take the medical (got pregnant in between). I delivered a baby boy in October and submitted his passport, consent forms and birth certificate in November. On Dec 27th we were asked to submit our passports for stamping and we have been given a very short window to get the PR activated (before 8th Feb), we did the same earlier Jan. Now today we have received an email from Canadian embassy that our documents are incomplete and they are sending the passports back w/o stamping. They basically require some documents of my baby. However on the portal my application status is closed and there is no option of further uploading any document.
Please suggest what should i do to get this sorted and keep the ball rolling (we have very less time)
