For preparation I went through the Discover Canada audio and PDF material once. Then did multiple practice tests from following websites;

My file is assigned to Vancouver office. Is it normal to be assigned to Vancouver office as I do not live there

No but I have information pulled from the GCMS. As per Dec 5 data from IRCC they haven't received my FP.

As per the representative at the test center in Calgary >> Center is booked for oath ceremonies until February end. So the invite might be for the month of March.

Our application status got updated to "Decision Made" on ECAS today.
Can someone please update the same on the tracker.? My details are on row #19.

Concern: the status is changed to "Decision Made" only for me and my wife. It still shows as "In Process" for my 10 years old son. Is this common or is there anything that I need to be worried?

No need to worry. It won't reflect for minors until the oath ceremony.
