HI GUYS
My studies are going to complete and I have one more semester to go
in this last semester i am doing two programs that means I am taking the last semester of culinary and the last semester of general arts and science. My concern is if I took two porgrams on same period is that calculate as two year studies when i apply for PGWP

yes, see below rule and link:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/after-graduation/about.html

If you completed more than 1 program
You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.

Each of the programs you completed must be

  • PGWP-eligible and
  • at least 8 months in length
You can’t get a PGWP if you already had one after completing an earlier program of study.
Rule applies to programs taken in sequence (i.e. one after another). OP is taking about taking two programs at the same time.

where is that rule that programs should be completed one after the other in order to combine?

I did the first semester of general arts and science in 2018 and I did the culinary in 2019, right now I am in the last semester of culinary and I am taking the second semester of general arts and science too
If I complete both programs do I get a 3year work permit by completing a 1+1 program

Please help me to get a accurate answer

So the base rule is that courses need to be full time so in theory taking two non related courses at same time could this not be considered part time attendance not 2x full time attendance for both?

Not sure anyone can give an accurate answer given this is an unusual/rare scenario so maybe have to take your chances with IRCC.

My view only so maybe not much help

So basically when I done my programs I will have two 1 year programs (1+1) certificates , total 2 year program in duration
When I apply for the PGWP is the time duration of the programs will be a issue or not

I would recommend to contact IRCC for this stating that you took this programs concurrently. As other suggests that it should be back to back but they cant back up their assumption with IRCC rules .
