I just received an email from cic and it just have a PDF [MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE UNDERTAKING] and no other information in the email. What is this?

Do I get PCC for both my mother and father separately? YES
Do I register with passport seva (India) and obtain the PCC. YES, YOU CAN CREATE TWO FILES UNDER ONE ACCOUNT ONE FOR YOUR FATHER AND ONE FOR YOUR MOTHER ON PASSPORT SEVA
Should I scan it and send it to both IRCC webform and the email for delhiimmigration? YES

FYI: Sponsorship Application status will change to DM but PR application remain In process.

They sent medical, PCC & travel history but I don't know what form to fill out for travel history. I created my own Word document.
Other member mentioned that there's a link on request letter. However, on my request letter, there's no link or no indication which travel form to fill out. Hence, I'm confused

Please wait for DM .If you already have DM then wait for PPR. Medical Surveillance is not landing document .
