Eligibility interview

Hi,

what happens if someone gets eligibility or inadmissible interview(by CBSA) before 12/13 days of refugee hearing.

I need reply from someone who has experienced about it.

What's your concern, the time doesn't matter as eligibility has to be determined prior to a hearing. Regarding admissibility, is there an issue that would cause you to be inadmissible to Canada?

It would have to be serious to effect the refugee claim. Do you have any issues with the courts in any country?

Pursuant of subjection 16(1.1) of the immigration and refugee protection act. You are required to present yourself


thats the heading of the letter. The purpose will be interview to discuss your eligibility to canada and or/ eligibility or issues of related to your claim.

You've cited the IRPA section regarding truthfulness. Should they be concerned about your credibility?
