I have had 2 refusals for January u der sds category. Firstly, I am going to tell my profile and thn the reason of my refusal.
I have completed my Diploma in mechanical in 2016. 6.12 cgpa and 14 backlogs.
Afterwards I've worked in my field.
Ielts- 6.5 (each 6)...
I've applied for Motive power technician in Niagara college. It is a 2 year Diploma program.
after both the refusals I've ordered caips. And here I am going to attach reasons of my refusal according to caipsnote.
''Review of all information including client's previous employment and educational histow. I am not satisnM that
the course of study is reasonable given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the
potential careerlemployment benents. Course content and level appears to overlap or fall below more advanced
studies which he has already completed thus the proposed program does not adequately demonstrate a logical
progression of studies. Based on the above balance, I am not satisfied that this applicant is a bona fide student.
Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bona
fide temporaw resident who will leave Canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section
R216 (1)(b) of IRPA. Refused. "
How can i tackle thie reason?? Because my proposed caurse is completely related to my field only. Please help me with my confusionm
