Number of days for travel history

In the travel history part, there is a section where you need to input the number of days you have stayed in a country.

For example if my passport stamps are August 8, 2019 IN and August 12, 2019 OUT, is this considered 4 days or 5 days? Do we take the day of leaving inclusive?

Five days. You were in the country for five days; you have to have been in the country to leave it

Hi again, if your travel history is somewhat confusing due to these dates, you can put an aggregate and explain in the LOE about how many days you travelled etc.
