I mean upfront medical?

Yes I did. I had upfront medical when IRCC received my application. I just informed them that I had medical upfront then last November 21, now showing "We are reviewing results of medical exam". But up to now, no MP. Or even PAL.

Have an appointment with your medical doctors accredited only by IRCC.

When is likely should I get PAL and MP?

Seat tight
It may take upto 18 months from the AR date but currently IRCC processing time is faster so may be you will get your PR fone by Oct 2020.

18 months starts From AOR not from AR Bro..check your portal ..the date which is given to u is March 2021..my AR 4th September and AOR 25th October..same to same that's why I know

No, the processing time from AR not aor
The period from the Ar to Aor will deduct from the whole timeline
