I think this is pretty normal. Keep in mind that its a holiday season there now. So, would suggest you contact again by phone the next week or the second week of Jan to get an idea of what is going on with your application.

Dear all.I am really upset about my application. I am 83% complete with 31 days left and yet to get my medicals passed.i was asked to do remedicals twice. Last result had TB negative.what do I do? Why is medical pass taking so long?
