Clarification

I am resubmitting my application tomorrow. What does it mean when i choose option 1 it says, “the application must be submitted within 90days of the date that the application form was signed”

was signed by who?
1. Signed by cic when they received my application? They receive my application oct. 21.

2. or signed by me (date i signed my application which was october 12 2019)?

Please help!

Thank you for your reply. I Should change my date of application then,also in my physical presence calculator to a later date, but before the date they received my first application (oct.21,2019)? As i will be resubmitting the same form especially the front page with stamp coz there is nothing that is to be changed. Other pages doesnt have signature or stamp so edit the dates also with the physical presence calculator.

Oct 12 might be a short of time to
Reach 90days to date.

If you are re-submitting within the allowable timeframe, you just correct whatever was wrong and send it back. That should be explained on the return info sheet.

Otherwise, redo and submit a new app.

Ok,will probabyly change the date from october 12
To october 17, i can’t redo and submit a new app because my son is already 18 now, i submitted months before he was 18. Called cic and said no additional paymnt has to be made since they receive the application before he turned 18. So I should put a date before they actually receive my application form.
