They must approve. If your status says submitted then you are fine.

In 2019, draws happened on Jan10,23,30. And the cutoff scores were 449,443 and 438. Going by similar trend,
1. back to back draws will happen this month
2. cutoff will go down from 473 to 465 by end of this month
(Ya I know that, we cannot go by exact margin. But, I have a good feel that the above 2 will happen this month).

Too early to tell since its the first draw of 2020, by the end of the month or mid feb, you will get an idea of the scores and how many people are there in the pool and etc. I wouldn't rule out 467 just yet. Anything above 465 is save for me. If time and age is against you (visa expiring or something), then bad luck if you have time then wait it out and try to increase your score. If you have maxed out everything all you can do is wait.

I’ve increased ielts score twice and now waiting at 467. There is still space for 3 points, but it’s so difficult and demotivating (took 9 tests in total)
