Did you receive AOR thru regular mail as well ? also has your ecas status description changed after you got FP request ?

AOR was via e-mail. ECAS changed to processing before we FP request, they have to begin the processing to determine if they need additional information such as FP.

Thanks but what I meant was did your status description changed to something that says like “ ..we have sent you correspondence..” before or after your fp arrival thru mail?

It shows that they sent a request for additional information and they provide the date sent, they then ask you to respond. This shows on ECAS and appeared before we received the FP request.

Thanks. Mine has been “In Process” since November 29th with no movements so far. I am from Vancouver btw

If they asked for fingerprint it means they need it for your case and if you try to contact them and convince them not doing that I think it will delay your application more. If I were you I go and do it today. The result will be received by them in next 10-14 days and everything will be normal again.

Hi called cic today agent confirmed fp received but no information for further processing and test and interview schedule. Even on this site no test invites as well from last so many days as well. Seems very slow process going on.

I sent the inquiry again lets see how they react to my case, will share here once I see any progress. They did reply to my 1st inquiry but no action was performed i think bcz of Christmas holidays so raised an inquiry again today.

NS office has been having no updates lately. when did you file turn into "in process" , and when was your test invite date? is it Halifax office ?thanks
