How many times can I reapply for another work permit?

I first came to Canada on an International Experience visa that was valid for one year. Within that one year I worked for a business that then offered me employment for another year. So I got another work permit, valid for another year that only allows me to work for that one employer. I was wondering if once this current visa is up (September 2020) I was able to apply for another one year work permit that is just the same as my current one? I was thinking about PR but my CRS score is 429, so definitely not enough for PR.
What options do I have if I want to stay a little longer?
I am 25 years old, from Germany and would definitely be able to keep this job, meaning I‘d have a valid job offer.

1. Your employer would have to apply for a LMIA. Has to advertise the position on the job bank, pay $1000.00 and prove to EDSC that there are no Canadians or Permanent residents available for the position.
2. You have participated in IEC twice, so are not eligible for an other IEC work permit.
