Accompany to Mother

My mother already got Canada Visit Visa. She is Illiterate and do not know anything about international travelling. Now my Cousin Marriage in Toronto which will be going to held in the Month of February 2020.

So my question is that can I accompany to mother as a take care. If, yes then what docs required from me and my mother side. Or cousin documents.

Yes, you can accompany your mother. However, you have to be eligible and admissible. You will follow the same process and present similar documents like your mother did. The documents will depend on the country where you'll be applying from and whether you plan to apply online or paper.

You can apply for a TRV. It will be considered entirely on your own merits and has nothing to do with your mother's app. Do you have a job, property, your own savings, spouse/children?

Are you planning on attending the wedding yourself? You can put the purpose to attend your cousins wedding.
As mentioned it would have nothing to do with your mother, you will have to qualify on your own. Depending on your job, your property, your finances, your family etc.
If you do not get approved you can still send your mother to attend your cousins wedding. Employees with the airlines and at the airport help the traveler in such cases. One way is to book wheelchair service for them. We did that with my in laws who had never travelled before and did not speak English. There are a lot of Indians working at the Toronto airport that would help.
