Sorry, when did your postal update said it was delivered? Did you say the 13th, Sept? And that's after exactly 7 working days, just to confirm?

Hi,Any timelines when your docs were sent by the univ?
Mine was sent on Aug 10 via speed post it seems, as per the Univ. However they did not get me the tracking number!! And there is no update in WES profile regarding the reception of docs. Just to know if any smilar timelines ..
Hello athira, my docs were sent on 28 august by my university and they gave me tracking no..and docs have been received at WES on 19 august.. So u should ask ur university officials for tracking no. As it is very compulsory to track ur documents.ur first step should be to get track no. From university, only then u can enquire from WES

From the time it leave India it takes upto 5 days to reach Canada. You can see updates on Canada post only once it reaches Canada. Then depending on your luck it may get released on same day by Customs or take weeks. Mine has been in Customs since 11th Nov.

Thanks for the update. But my article's last update says it is in Bangalore Frgn Post, I believe further from here it should move to Mumbai Post Ofc --> from here it moves to Canada. So worried that why is it still stuck in Blr for a week.
Did you also post it from Bangalore Vishvavidyalaya? If so, what date?

As first stage of Bachelors and Masters Marks card transcript delivery by my University to WES went smooth. Now as part of the second acknowledge response between WES and my university seems to have problem.
My University responded to verification of documents sent by WES over post dated 30-Jul-2019. After paying fees, required acknowledgement documents were posted by University on 14th Sept 2019 and delivered to WES address on 8th Oct 2019. There was no change in my document delivery status on WES website. When query raised, WES response was not clear on what went wrong.
Again after paying the fees second time, University has resend the required four documents via Indian post for the response by WES dated 24-Oct-2019. Documents are delivered on 27th December 2019 to WES. I still see that status of my WES documents is on hold. Could you please let me know what next I have to do as it is second attempt, I am not clear on my next steps?

Don’t worry, they shall update your account within 3 working days. By Friday you should have some update in your account.
I’m in the same boat, Wes has acknowledge the second verification on 30th. My University responded on 18-Dec. 27th WES acknowledged and 30th it was in Progress.
Hi @Brain_Drain , great that your package has reached to WES.
In my post tracking details, it mentioned as 'delivered'. Location in India post site is 'Meistratzheim' and Canada post is 'Toronto, ON'.
But, in tracked in WES site, it still says 'we haven't received your package yet'
Can you please confirm if WES has confirmed to you that they received your package? and processed?
WES confirmed me after some days. Have patience, your application will be processed.
