Missing Document

Hey guys, I'm in need of advice. We just got our Express Entry application cancelled because of one missing document, the IMM 5409 E (Declaration of Common Law Union) because of a simple misunderstanding. We weren't given any request to upload it we were just informed it got cancelled, the document is probably the easiest to acquire in the whole application process and we could have it tomorrow so the question is do we get in contact with IRCC ? Are they able to uncancel and let us upload it ? And how long do they usually take to answer as it might be worth just reapplying from scratch.

You'll need to reapply.
Your application was rejected because it's incomplete. It won't be re opened. You have to go back in the pool.

Just resubmit the new one.

If it's cancelled due to missing documents it won't be reopened.

Nope you have to reapply with all documents as it was correct that they cancelled your application as incomplete - although ideally they would have asked you for it before cancelling! But some immigration officers just cancel instead of ask
