Should i reapply for visa ??? (Need help with SOP)

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Can i reapply for my visa with strong SOP?
My Profile is
10th with 60% in 2012
12th with 69% in 2014
B.com with 64% in 2017
IELTS : 6.5 not less than 5.5 (one module)
Work as a HR Executive from 2017 to 2019
Submitted salary slips also
