Hi all,
I'll be flying to Canada for a soft landing, and I'm wondering if I'll need a Canadian address to apply for a SIN?
I know the government doesn't issue physical cards anymore. Instead, it issues letters with confirmation of SIN(?). I'm wondering if this will be in the mail, or something that'll be printed at the time of my visit.
Also, if it does require an address, will it mail more documents other than the confirmation of SIN?
I don't want to inconvenience my acquaintance by bugging her with more of my mail than the bare necessity.
Thanks in advance.
