Study permit refusal.please help me for strong sop. Applying second time

Hi even i got refused reason that
Not satisfied that applicant is a bona fide intending student.
My profile
10th - 73%
10+2- 81.9%
Degree - 75% bsc maths 2014 passout no backlogs or gap in study
IELTS -6.5
Job - pay roll exicutive (2015-2019)
Financial - father salary certificate 5lakh+ brother salary pay slips 7.5lakhs+ GIC 10000$ + balance in personal account -5lakhs college fee payment done only half of the year fee
Applied for MBA in University of Canada west jan 2020 intake now i defferd to April intake as ihave no time to reapply any suggestions

You are enrolling in a private for-profit university. Essentially, it is a degree mill made to earn money from international students.

Therefore, visa officer does not believe that you are a legitimate student.

My 2other friends got visa approved for same University there's was online and went to Ottawa and mine was offline processed at Bangalore

did you get the suggestion for the college through a consultant?

Same finical status and same marks even one guy has less marks compared to me iwas saying about the university as you said private yes by consultant only

your consultant got paid by the college to suggest you to apply. Its a scheme to collect money from you through "application fees". It is not legitimate, therefore, the visa officer does not think that you are a bona fide student

Think about how much money you paid to the consultant and to the school...
