So you need to create your profile in EE as having a job offer, Once Ontario will send NOI to candidates with a job offer in Ontario you will get. i think they do send to targeted ones i mean specific NOC type but not sure. Hi all, if Ontario ever sent NOI to targeted candidates with job offer in Ontario like they did in 2018, would I get a NOI if in my EE I selected "No" for the question of "Does [my name] have a job offer in Canada?".

(I assume I can't change the answer "No" to "Yes" for that EE profile question because I'm working in Ontario under PGWP (Post Grad Work Permit) (NOC 2174), my job offer is not supported by LMIA).

I can't speak for the PGWP program, but if you were taking the federal skilled worker program, then you only need to match their CRS/NOC/And choose Ontario as a province of your destination....

Sorry for the confusion. PGWP means Post Grad Work Permit, which is an open work permit. Ontario had some draws in 2018 where they only picked up candidates with a job offer in Ontario:

Can't you apply through Human Capital Priorities Stream? if your NOC is in their list of demand, you won't need it

Yeah those draws "targeted candidates with a job offer in Ontario" are also part of HCP stream. My CRS is 440 (NOC 2174) and I'm worrying that HCP cutoff scores this year will be above that (even with the Tech draws), given 46x-47x for the federal draws.

I guess they won't do that in the first months of the year. But it's hard to predict, can't you improve your score somehow?

I know this is late, but i am posting a reply in case anyone happens to stumble across this conversation ... I did apply for the OINP application as Spouse accompanying on 23rd August 2019 and got the nomination on 12th November 2019. I think as long as you respect the Minimum requirements it is not an issue to make any changes. I did explain in my LOE to the officer stating the change and reason. Hope this can help whoever else has the same set of questions or confusion like I did.

Hi @DhivyaDia, congrats for having the nomination. Do you think IRCC will check your EE profile change logs and recalculate your CRS score with spouse accompanying and compare with cut-off score of that OINP draw?

For IELTS and WES, you would already have updates number in your profile and they could validate directly based on that. Ontario nomination also goes through CIC as you have 600 points and no way to fake that.
But upload these documents just to be safe.

You probably already asked WES to share a copy with IRCC, for the documents, there is a space where you can attach all other documents.. there you can scan and upload your IELTS certificate and that of your wives and every other document you think they should have, I gave them all necessary documents even those I am not sure are necessary. It's best to give them more than give them little and get a rejection..
