You can apply to bring your spouse on OWP and children on TRV. How did you get this job? Did you start as a cleaner before being promoted to supervisor? Did you get this job through a consultant? No offence but this sounds like this is one of the jobs where the applicant has paid a large fee (like 30k) to receive a job in Canada. Not sure if this is your case.
