Damn. I sent mine on October 1st so I am starting to expect it being sent back

Same.... I remember that I didn’t pick a reason on one of my former names because the drop-down list doesn’t have a correct option... it wasn’t my birth name nor a nick name or anything... just a former name... I left it blank... wondering if they will return my application...

Yes, i used “Xpresspost Prepaid National” with tracking for $20. It will take 1-2 business days.

I mean , I sent my application via regular letter mail for $3.50 with no tracking. So I have no clue how much time it takes to deliver and if it was delivered or not.

Also, I just realized that I made an error in the address section as I had put my current address and mailing address same whereas it is different. Can that cause a problem or considered as misrepresentation or an error ?

Can anyone advise on that , it's making me worried now ?

Wait for them to open your file and enter into their system i.e (ecas). Following that you can update your address directly online.

Since all my and my son’s documents shows the permanent address, would it be any issues if I dont change it as my son goes to the local school based on the address. Also , do they do any physical address checks ?

As long as you can manage to access your mailbox located at your mailing address and respond to their correspondences in a timely manner it shouldn’t be a problem.

I believe that Holiday break is delaying the AOR's by a week. Hang on for a few more day, I'm sure its on its way.
