Internal communication NOC code

Hi all,
What is the apt NOC code for an internal communications officer?
My job role includes but is not limited to:

• Creating daily news for internal employees
• Content management
• Reporting and enhancing metrics on internal communication channels
• Creating surveys to find gaps and areas to improve the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Suggest best practices analysing various campaigns
• Support execution of campaigns (internal)
• Reporting to leadership about channel performance

NOC code 1123 seems to be closely related, but it is more geared towards external communications. Can I go with the same or is there something for internal communication that I'm missing?
