Review of additional documents

My patients is wearing thin...

19 Dec I got a request letter from IRCC asking for a filled Custodianship Declaration Form to be sent. Okay, I arranged everything and sent it on 25 Dec. Up till now, the review of additional documents still says "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." It's completely absurd how much time they are taking to do literally everything. Any idea when they'll get around reviewing the document I sent. It is literally a one page document...For reference, I applied on 29 OCTOBER. YES. OCTOBER. Processing time for where I live is 5 weeks. So, any idea when they will review my document. Term starts on 13 Jan...

I Applied on Nov 27th and I got same request letter for my Degree on 29th Nov. I uploaded my docs on 30th Nov and on Dec 12th I received an acknowledgement email from IRCC that they have received my docs and are under review now.. since then no more updates on my profile, still waiting for the final decision.

This is completely unacceptable. Such incompetency is rage inducing.

First make sure you actually submitted the documents, Uploaded & Submitted are two different things on the portal.

You do realize nothing will happen with this until at least the 6th of January.......everyone is on holiday in Canada!

Why until the 6th? The only holiday I know of now is New Year's Eve.

Most people take the days between christmas and new year off...as well as the 2nd and 3rd. You won't get anyone looking at it before then.

How can I make sure?

It should say submitted in myCIC
