Please let me know how easy or difficult is migration to Quebec from India for 2173 job code/similar in Quebec.
Is french required? IELTS - Band 8 CLB.

2173 is in demand NOC code in Quebec, but currently Quebec immigration system is messed up & invitations and permanent residency process can take upto 3+ years. Even if you know French, the PR process will take a long time.
Why dont you try Express Entry ? Try to maximize your points by scoring max in IELTS , also goto Alliance Francaise & learn some French to add more points to your Express Entry and immigrate like that.
Quebec is now very anti immigrant with the new nationalist CAQ political party. Quebec immigration process is also very long, delayed and red taped and its going to waste your time, money & age. Sometimes after waiting for years the Quebec imm dept will cancel your application like it did for 18,000 applicants last year. So by all means try Express Entry and other provincial nominations. Keep Quebec as your last choice. I hope Quebec will fix their delayed & broken immigration system but who has the time & age to wait for Quebec to fix their sh**
