What’s ur timeline?
Is it under spouse or the permanent applicant ?
If it’s under permanent applicant then ur applicant might have bern approved and u should be getting ppr soon

My wife sponsored me under spousal visa. I am from Pakistan, live in Abu Dhabi. She has PR.
Application received in Visa office sydney on 31st Jan10,
Acknowledgement email received on March 19,
Same month i received email for medical and payment for biomatrics which i did on same month as well.
Biomatrics were given on 7th October 19, then on 14th Nov i was asked to resend them updated Schedule A form with original signatures to London office. I received 6th December email for pre arrival services and on 10th December i sent them schedule A letter. Recently online status is saying Decision made. After that nothing else

To be honest the most time consuming step is when ur file is in LVO for relationship eligibility.
Mine took 8 months in LVO
2nd time consuming step is when they prepare to start ur bgc , mine took 6 weeks to begain bgc ( from pre arrival to bgc)..
I m in bgc for the past 3 months , hopefully they complete it sooner

Hi. I did not received any mail after pre arrival services letter. Only thing is changed is my online status from in process to decision made. That's it

Hi all.

Gathering documents for my application.

My to be wife has birth certificate issued by Cantonment Board Karachi. It says "Extract From the Register of Birth among Pakistanis kept in the office of the cantonment board of Karachi under section 282 (1)of the Cantonments Act, 1924."

Will this be acceptable? She doesn't have a birth certificate issued by Union Council. I am not sure if this is what i need. Please confirm.

Only the birth registration certificate issued by Union Council is acceptable by IRCC. She will have to get this issued by her respective union council.
