AOR can take up to 10-12 weeks; hang in there. Also take the holiday season in account.
PA took Medical on 17th December but no update till now for Medical massed or received. How long does it takes to get the passed status ?

It usually take a week to 10 days, considering the holiday season in effect you should be patient and waiting.
Permanent Residence ECAS Update
Hi Guys whats the next step and how long will it take ? An input much appreciated it.
- We received XXXXXXXXX application for permanent residence on November 8, 2019.
- We sent XXXXXXXXXX a letter on December 10, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- We sent XXXXXXXXX medical instructions on December 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- Medical results have been received.

My application is also with same status. It’s no being yet received at VO from Sydney.
Since your app was transferred to a local visa office, in the next days you get an update in Line#2 saying "We have started processing your application on (date xxx)."
Possible updates after AOR2 are interview, procedural fairness letter, additional docs. But these are only asked if necessary.
If not applicable, next would be getting an email about Pre-Arrival Services. This sometimes comes with PPR, but it may be sent separately. Then DM/PPR - whichever comes first.
Most applications transferred to CPCM get the PreA email along with PPR. This happens few days, a week or two after AOR2. Apps update to DM/PPR. Which is why apps transferred to CPCM are the fastest.
Can anybody please share an invitation letter template which includes spouses's application details? Our application moved to Mexico and we are in for a wait. I want to apply TRV for spouse.

I'm sponsoring my husband in the ph, we have a canadian baby,now on 7 months. Here's my timeline.
