uploading real document beside translate documents

with translated documents (approved by judicial authority) should both translate papers and real Docs upload ?
or no just translate documents is enough ?

I think I've seen it written that all documents not in French or English should be accompanied by translations.
That sounds like you need to send both. It can't harm in any case, otherwise there might be a delay if they have to ask you to send them.
