Once you send them through the CSE form, call CIC and make sure you talk to an agent to let them know that you have raised a CSE. That way, they can put a note on your profile about the CSE. There have been times when people were rejected for missing documents even though they have raised a CSE but the agent checking their documents wasn't aware that they had raised a CSE.

Hello,

Good morning. Please kindly help me with the right number to call CIC from outside Canada.

I received an ADR to submit a declaration from non accompanying parent for minors travelling to canada. I am supposed to submit the completed form from my husband with his photo ID but I realised a day letter that I didnt attach his ID.

I have raised a CSE in this regard and sent his photo ID but I have a strong urge to call CIC just to draw their attention to my CSE but I dont know where to find the numbers.

Please kindly assist me. Thanks a lot

I received the email that I passed my medical so does that mean that all is well and there was no need to raise the CSE?

Is it normal to not get any response after submission of additional documents through a CSE? I haven't even received their automatic reply yet and I'm getting worried.
Same here, I did not receive any message.

Hi,
I am applying for the WES transcripts from my university. I have done b.a, b.ed, m.a. English, m.a. Fine Arts. and after that I got my study permit to Canada. During my study permit I have applied only on the basis of my recentstudy in m.a. fine arts. Now I am going to apply for WES. Can anyone please tell me if I send all the degrees related transcripts mentionedabove to the WES would it be secure or not?

Yes I did get the email that my document was received but that was even 2 days after i got a 2nd ADR asking me to resubmit the document with the ID.... ..

Thanks... now no more update.... I have been itching my ears to hear or get more update as I was hoping that form IMM5604 is like a good sign that my application will be successful soon.

So anxious and nervous at the same time...

Update: I did not receive any automatic reply. However, I received an email from IRCC confirming the submission of the additional documents. (6 days after sending CSE request).

I can rest now hahaha

Hey guys,

I have two small queries.

1) I just submitted my ePR application this evening. In the employment records, along with the reference letter I submitted my Pay Stubs. But I noticed that I accidentally missed out on attached my first pay cheque from the company and I only had pay cheques for 52 weeks of work. I would ideally like to add the first pay cheque also because it is additional proof of my date of employment and also it would increase my work weeks to 54. Should I do this using the Webform and add the Pay Stub document in there along with my explanation?

2) As a student, I was working part time around ~10 hours a week and I continued to work for that even after I graduated, along with my full time position for which I have claimed CRS points. Now, for Canadian Experienced Class, I have only claimed points for my primary occupation after graduation (1 year work experience). Consequently, I did not include details for this part time job, because it doesn't fall under NOC 0, A, or B and I am not claiming points for this job. I did not include this in my personal history as well, which I think I may have made a mistake? Do you think they will consider this as misrepresentation since I have already submitted my application for review? Should I contact them via webform about this as well?

I would really appreciate your help, stressing out a bit here.

Thanks so much!

I have applied for Web form because I received wrong work permit, instead of 3 year I got only 1 year work permit.

For that Web form I have applied for, today got the reply of it...

Good day Shivam Kaushal,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you have provided. The post-graduation work permit (PGWP) validity depends on the length of your program of studies and can be valid for a minimum of eight months and up to three years.

If your PGWP expires before the validity you would have been entitled for, it is possible to ask for an extension of your work permit.

To extend the validity of your work permit:

You can apply by mail and include:
an explanation letter, and
a document from your school (transcript, official letter, certificate, etc.) that confirms you completed and passed all your program requirements,
we recommend reading the instruction guide first, it will assist you to fill out the form and it will give you the address where to mail it.
We invite you to consult the page Study permits: Post-Graduation Work Permit Program for more information.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Download application forms and guides
Change of address
Check your application status
Help Centre - To find answers, you may consult the different sections or type keywords related to your question.
Sincerely,

Jacob, agent 4081
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Please guide what we need to do now , we are very worried about this n don't know what to do...
Your quick response shall be highly obliged.

Hello, calm down this will be easily fixed, you do not have to worry about it. You can mail them the information or send it even through the webform. If this happened to me I would call them to follow up about this. If you submitted it incorrectly the first time, you will have to pay new application fees, but if it was their mistake, they will send you the new extended work permit based on your years of study at no additional cost ( this happened with a friend of mine) and she had to resubmit by webform her two programs completion letters with an explanation letter to attract the officer attention to the attached documents emphasizing on two years of study.
They will be updated based on your eligibility, do not worry. When you submitted the papers you had to join all your programs that cover two or three years of study and add an explanation letter * first page, indicating that to what is attached in your submission. As the officer indicated, mail them the letters of completion along with an explanation letter that you have received a one-year work permit when you should have got 3 years based on your years of study. I believe you can send it by another web form it will be faster and attach the explanation letter and see what they say, but call them to follow up that will give you faster results.

Good Luck, there is nothing to worry about. :)
