The reason they gave you in a refusal letter is not the real reason, it is actually an act under which your application was refused. The notes will help you understand how they came to the decision and it could be different for everyone.
Example - two clients came to me who already had TRV refusals (same reasons) I applied both of their notes, after reading the notes I noticed that one client got refused because he had issue with his employment background and the other had issue with the tax forms he had submitted but both got refused under the same act.
Order your own notes, your reason could be different than his.

Hi everyone I recently applied for sowp but it was refused twice 2 nd time it was written as u under
Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your work permit
application and supporting documentation under the International Mobility Program, I have
determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing
your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
What financial documents you attached?

My visa was refusal stating 200(1) - Purpose of visit. I understand gcms are different for different people but still if anyone can email me to chander.sharma007@gmail.com to refer for some notes I can take while reapplying.
I showed 6 lakh funds.
Any idea what might have went wrong or what should I add extra?

Also, is it ok to have funds from father 3-5 days before submission?

Using someone else's GCMS notes will not help you in any way. It would be like using someone else's medical tests to determine what you should do for healthcare.

The funds available are not the only deciding factor for your SOWP. Ties home and reasons why you leave Canada are also important.
